We are the Glass Jars. We play electric folk. This is not to be confused with acoustic rock. We believe that no matter what instruments we play it on or how loudly we play it, our music retains the core values of folk. It is music that tells stories and makes statements. It is music that can be sung anywhere and anyhow by anyone: for solace, for hope, for joy: because singing, really singing, singing with passion, is one of the best ways to protest the cruel and apathetic world we live in. So we invite you to sing with us. To jump in the air with us. To experience life with us. Because we often forget that life is something to be experienced.
